All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order acknowledgment email. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a "Shipping Confirmation" email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our sole discretion. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and complete.
4. Pricing & Product Information
Disclaimer We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, pricing, and technical data. However, we do not warrant that such information is entirely error-free, complete, or current. All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Products, especially industrial chemicals and adhesives, must be selected and used appropriately for the intended application. SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy outlines how Fixbond processes and delivers orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, holidays, or for large/complex B2B orders.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable national and international carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, national postal services). The available shipping options and carriers will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Domestic : 2-7 business days.
- International: 5-21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier service selected.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight/dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
- Free shipping thresholds, if offered, will be clearly advertised on the site and apply to specific regions only.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment’s progress.
6. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship to most countries. However, we reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain destinations due to logistical, legal, or regulatory restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials regulations).
It is your responsibility to check local laws to confirm that the products you order can be imported legally.
7. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International Customers: All prices on our site exclude any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
They are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Fixbond.

8. Delivery Delays & Lost Shipments
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your tracking information indicates a delivery has been made but you have not received the package, please first contact your local carrier depot and neighbors.
For shipments that are lost in transit (as determined by the carrier’s investigation), we will, at our discretion, replace the items or issue a refund.
All claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the specialized and often hazardous nature of our products, Fixbond maintains a strict Return & Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility Conditions
- We will only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed, and resalable packaging.
- The return is initiated within the specified time window (see Section 2).
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.
- The product is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 3).
2. Return Time Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.
3. Non-Returnable
Items For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Any opened, used, or partially used chemical product, adhesive, sealant, or coating.
Products with broken seals or compromised packaging.
Custom-made or specially ordered products. Products ordered in incorrect quantities or types due to customer error. Products that have expired or are past their shelf-life date.
Any product where return would violate safety regulations (e.g., hazardous goods where the seal is broken).
4. Return Request Process
Contact Us:
Email CS@Fixbond.com within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.
Get RMA: We will review your request. If eligible, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
Ship Back: Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service.
5. Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item.
A refund will be processed only if the product meets all eligibility conditions in Section 1.
We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refund Method & Timeframe
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss or damage during return transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
8. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and any visible damage/defect.
We will investigate and, if verified, arrange for a replacement, product credit, or refund at our discretion. We may require the defective item to be returned.
